Through the training procedure, the students were equipped to handle the interview. For the students to understand what is required in the industry, guest lectures were delivered by specialists within the company. They received instruction on how to create impressive resumes. How to act when participating in group discussions, how to interact with HR while responding to the technical and HR round. What to say and what not to say was taught to them. The necessity of the dos and don'ts was specifically stressed in order for the student to successfully complete the interview processes.
